1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date for applicable items.

  • Refunds are applicable only if the service or product delivered does not match the description provided or if there is a verified technical failure on our end that prevents usage.

2. Non-Refundable Items Due to the nature of our digital products and dedicated development time, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom white-labeled SaaS deployments and setup fees.

  • Custom WhatsApp Business API integrations and bot scripting.

  • Bespoke UI/UX design work and digital catalog generation.

  • Consulting fees and retainer-based social media management packages once work has commenced.

  • Paid webinar tickets (unless the event is canceled by Disruptive Bulb).

3. Process for Refunds

  • To request a refund for an eligible item, please contact our support team at purvang@disruptivebulb.com with your order details and reason for the request.

  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 working days.
