You may cancel your ongoing software subscription or retainer service at any time by logging into your account dashboard or contacting us at purvang@disruptivebulb.com.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
2. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations of software subscriptions or API access.
3. Cancellation by Disruptive Bulb We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time for violation of our Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice.
